My Favorite Thanksgiving

Have you ever celebrated Thanksgiving in a different way or place? Well, in 2019, our family visited Mexico to celebrate Thanksgiving for 2 reasons. One, it was cold in San Mateo so we wanted to make a gateway to a warmer place. Two, we wanted to see Thanksgiving in a different way. What I mean is, we all sit at home, play, and eat turkey for Thanksgiving, right? Well let me explain what I did and how it was different. 

When we left for Mexico, we were hoping for good weather and food. Since it was so hot, people were in the pool and not sitting in their room. Everyone enjoyed the pool and most enjoyed the ocean. The beach was right next to the resort and kids made sand castles, holes to bury their friends, and swam in the ocean. Diversity is a big part of Thanksgiving so our resort had live music, all kinds of food, and a petting zoo for the kids. It was a fun and memorable trip to go on. We had a splendid Thanksgiving dinner and had the best time of our life.
